Eat & Drink
Every event menu is built in-house by the same culinary team behind our restaurants, using fresh, locally sourced, mountain-inspired ingredients. Options run from working breakfasts and reception bites to plated banquets and private dinners.
Our food and beverage program is three rooms telling one story. Family-style dinners at Edwin anchor the evening with an Italian way of cooking, open-fire pizza and handcrafted pasta, applied to Rocky Mountain ingredients like Colorado elk and bison. Between meals, après-ski and happy hour at The Carter keep your group gathered in the lobby bar.
To close the night, the Canary speakeasy is our hidden, adults-only craft-cocktail room, a locals’ favorite and a memorable setting for an after-hours reception.
Planning Your Event
Planning is simple here because event space, lodging, and dining all sit under one roof at the base of Peak 9, steps from the lift. Your group arrives close to the action and stays close from the first night to the last.
We’re slopeside lodging at the base of Peak 9, the Breckenridge base area that’s easily walkable to both the lifts and historic Main Street. The BreckConnect Gondola sits less than a mile away, reached by our shuttle, rideshare, or a short drive.
Keep everyone together with a room block drawn from our 205 guest rooms and suites. Out-of-town guests can settle into slopeside rooms and suites steps from the mountain and a short walk from the event itself.
Breckenridge has preserved its historic Main Street and Victorian character, which means narrower streets and limited parking. Our complimentary shuttle and on-site valet make getting around town easy, whether you’re headed to the lifts or into town. And after hours, fuel up at the Coffee Bar & Bistro for grab-and-go coffee and pastries.
From an intimate dinner in the speakeasy to a grand banquet under Peak 9, Hotel Alpenrock is where your group makes the kind of memories that outlast the trip. Bring the people — we’ll bring the mountain, the space, and the plan that ties it all together.
